Step 2:
Add the remaining tablespoon olive oil to the skillet Add chorizo and cook until it releases its oil and starts to brown about 2 minutes
Step 3:
Stir in the chopped onion and bell pepper Sauté until softened about 3 minutes Add garlic and smoked paprika cook for 1 minute until fragrant
Step 4:
Add the rice and stir to coat with the oil and spices Return the chicken to the skillet and add the cherry tomatoes and oregano
Step 5:
