01 - 8 slices white sandwich bread, crusts removed
→ Cheese
02 - 8 slices cheddar cheese

03 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

04 - ½ cup marinara sauce or tomato soup, warmed
# How-To Steps:
01 - Use a rolling pin to flatten each slice of bread until thin.
02 - Place one slice of cheddar cheese on each flattened bread slice.
03 - Roll each bread slice tightly around the cheese, pressing the edge to seal.
04 - Brush the exterior of each rollup lightly with softened unsalted butter.
05 - Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
06 - Place rollups seam side down in the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
07 - Remove rollups from skillet and allow to cool slightly.
08 - Serve warm, accompanied by marinara sauce or tomato soup if desired.
