# Expert Suggestions:

01 -
  • It comes together in under 20 minutes, perfect when you're too tired to think but still want real food.
  • The folding technique keeps everything locked in so you get cheese, chicken, and sauce in every single bite.
  • You can use whatever's already in your fridge and it still tastes indulgent.
02 -
  • Don't overfill the quarters or the wrap won't close properly and will leak sauce everywhere.
  • Make sure your skillet is only medium heat, too hot and the outside burns before the cheese melts.
  • Press down gently with the spatula while cooking to help everything stick together inside.
03 -
  • Warm your tortillas slightly before folding so they bend without cracking.
  • If the wrap won't stay closed, secure it with a toothpick before placing it in the skillet.
  • Let the wrap rest for a minute after cooking so the cheese sets and doesn't spill out when you bite in.
