# How-To Steps:
01 - Set oven temperature to 400°F.
02 - Combine halved cherry tomatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
03 - Spread tomatoes onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes until caramelized and slightly blistered. Allow to cool slightly.
04 - Add feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper to a food processor. Blend until very smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
05 - Transfer the whipped feta mixture to a shallow serving bowl. Smooth the surface with the back of a spoon.
