02 - Scoop heaping teaspoons of the mixture and roll into 1-inch diameter balls. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
03 - Refrigerate the formed balls for 30 minutes or until firm to the touch.
04 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt semisweet chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth.
05 - Using a toothpick, dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, leaving a small portion at the top uncovered. Allow excess chocolate to drip off and place back onto the parchment-lined sheet.
06 - Refrigerate the dipped balls for at least 10 minutes until the chocolate has completely set. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
